Vital signs: T 36.8 °C, BP 100/70 mmHg, HR 104/min, RR 18/min, SpO2 98% on room air. Primary survey is completed and airway and breathing are intact. On inspection, the right lower limb lies in flexion, adduction, and internal rotation at the hip. There are no open wounds over the hip, and distal pulses are palpable. Pelvic compression is not painful or unstable. What is the most appropriate next step in management?
