Over this period, his length fell from the 50th percentile to below the 5th percentile, and his weight fell from the 50th percentile to the 10th percentile. Parents report poor intake and prolonged feeding times. There is no vomiting, chronic diarrhoea, fever, or recurrent infections. He appears well and has no dysmorphic features.
