In her prior pregnancy she required no transfusions and had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. Prenatal labs show maternal RBC antibody screen positive for anti-E with a titer of 1:16. Blood type is O Rh(D)-positive. The fetus is otherwise appropriate for gestational age on dating ultrasound. What is the next best step in management?
