A 34-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus on hydroxychloroquine has 2 months of jaundice, pruritus, fatigue, and right upper quadrant discomfort. Examination shows obesity and hepatomegaly. Viral hepatitis screening is negative and ANA is positive. Abdominal ultrasound shows hepatomegaly with coarse echogenicity. Liver biopsy shows interface hepatitis with prominent plasma cell infiltrates. What is the most appropriate next step in management?
