A 27-year-old woman, G1P1, presents 20 days after an uncomplicated spontaneous vaginal delivery with white-yellow vaginal discharge for 4 days. She denies foul odor, pruritus, dysuria, pelvic pain, fever, or chills. She is breastfeeding and feels well. Pelvic examination shows moderate white-yellow discharge without vulvovaginal erythema, uterine tenderness, or cervical motion tenderness. Saline wet mount shows many white blood cells and superficial epithelial cells, with no clue cells, hyphae, or motile organisms. What is the most appropriate management?
