A 30-year-old woman (G3P2) at 23 weeks’ gestation attends a routine antenatal visit. She has no contractions, vaginal bleeding, or fluid leakage. Her previous two deliveries were vaginal. After her last delivery, she developed heavy vaginal bleeding requiring uterotonic medications but no surgery or transfusion. She has no known bleeding disorder and takes no regular medications.
