A 20-year-old woman (G1P0) at 6 weeks gestation is treated medically for a tubal ectopic pregnancy. She received single-dose methotrexate 50 mg/m² IM 7 days ago. She has mild right-sided pelvic pain with no syncope. Transvaginal ultrasound shows no intrauterine gestational sac, a small right adnexal mass, and no free fluid.
