A 3-year-old boy has 2 months of poor appetite, progressive abdominal distension, and weight loss. He is increasingly reluctant to walk and has intermittent leg pain. Examination shows pallor and irritability. Abdominal examination reveals a firm, irregular, non-tender upper abdominal mass that crosses the midline and is difficult to separate from surrounding structures. MRI shows a large heterogeneous retroperitoneal mass encasing adjacent vessels. What is the most likely diagnosis?
