A 7-year-old boy is brought to clinic for 2 days of intermittent horizontal double vision. His parents noticed that his left eye sometimes turns inward, worse when looking at distant objects. Visual acuity is 6/6 in both eyes with glasses. What is the most appropriate next step in management?
