A 9-year-old boy is brought to clinic for bed-wetting about 3 nights per week. He has never been consistently dry at night. There is no daytime urinary frequency, urgency, incontinence, dysuria, constipation, snoring, or recurrent urinary tract infections. Development, school performance, and psychosocial history are unremarkable. Physical examination, including neurologic and lumbosacral spine examination, is normal. Urinalysis and urine culture are normal. What is the most appropriate next step in management?
