A 26-year-old primigravida at 21 weeks’ gestation has a monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy. Ultrasound shows marked amniotic fluid discordance (polyhydramnios in one sac and oligohydramnios in the other) with estimated fetal weight discordance. The donor twin’s bladder is not visualized, both fetuses have cardiac activity, and there is no hydrops. The cervix is long and closed. What is the most appropriate next step in management?
