A 2-month-old girl has episodes of inconsolable crying lasting 1–2 hours, 2–3 times weekly, usually in the evening, since 1 month of age. She is exclusively breastfed every 2–3 hours with good weight gain. During episodes, she flexes her hips and is irritable but has no vomiting, diarrhea, blood in stool, poor feeding, lethargy, or reduced urine output. Between episodes, she feeds well and appears comfortable. Physical examination is normal. What is the most appropriate management recommendation?
