A 26-year-old G2P1 at 32 weeks’ gestation presents with sudden vaginal bleeding and mild lower abdominal pain. Ultrasound excludes placenta previa, and placental abruption is suspected. She is observed with IV fluids and continuous fetal monitoring. After 24 hours, bleeding has stopped, she has no contractions, and fetal heart tracing remains reassuring. She is haemodynamically stable. What is the most appropriate plan for antenatal care for the remainder of this pregnancy?
