A 30-year-old sexually active woman has 5 days of thin, gray vaginal discharge with a strong fishy odor, worse after intercourse. Pelvic examination shows a homogeneous thin gray-white discharge coating the vaginal walls. A whiff test after adding 10% KOH is positive. Saline wet mount microscopy shows clue cells with no motile organisms and no pseudohyphae. What is the most likely diagnosis?
