A 2-month-old male is brought to the clinic because his mother has noticed that his right eye “turns inward,” most noticeably while feeding. He is otherwise healthy and feeding well. On exam, the red reflex is symmetric in both eyes. Corneal light reflex is centered and symmetric bilaterally, and there is no limitation of extraocular movements. There is no leukocoria.
